Returns and exchanges

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me here if you have any problems with your order
All sales are final
Any cancellations must be made before an order is shipped
Life In Pink is not responsible once a package has been received by USPS, verifiable via tracking

Shipping

Most items ship in 1-3 business days (and very often within 24 hours) and are shipped First Class. Upgrade to Priority Shipping is available at checkout.
Please make sure your address is correct before submitting an order, as once it has been received by USPS the address cannot be changed, and the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping cost. If you realize your address is incorrect after submitting your order, contact me ASAP to correct it before it is shipped.
Please be sure you are comfortable with the size of any items you are planning on purchasing (found in the item description).
All items are shipped according to the USPS service selected by buyer, and seller is not responsible for how long shipping can take, regardless of time expectations set by USPS.

FAQ

Q. My tracking information shows that my order has been delivered, but it isn't here.
A. Unfortunately USPS mishandling packages is not uncommon. Take these steps to locate a missing order:
1. Check around your mailbox to make sure it wasn't dropped on the ground.
2. Make sure it wasn't delivered to your neighbors on accident.
3. Contact your local post office with the tracking number.
4. Submit an inquiry with USPS here - https://usps.force.com/emailus/s/

Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. Shipping is now available to Canada, however packages shipped to Canada from the United States can take over a month to arrive.

Q. Can pierced earrings be made into clip ons?
A. Yes! Clip on earrings are hypoallergenic, and available in silver and gold. Send me a message here to set it up.
